Delivery & Packing

Delivery of the artworks will be done within 10 Days after the payment of the artwork is cleared. Delivery charges will be extra and will be advised before sending the sold artwork. Packing of the artwork will be done as suitably required and will depend on artwork to artwork individually. Mostly for outstation/international delivery of artwork, the artwork will be packed in plastic bubble packing and then put into a wooden plybox or a cardboard role as per the requirement of the artwork concerned. International / Outstation packing costs will be charged as per actuals. If there are any special requirements for packing and delivery they could be arranged to the best of our abilities depending on availability of delivery mode and packing material required. For all artworks to be delivered via courier/air-shipment, insurance charges will be charged as applicable.

• All works are priced in Indian rupees for buyers in India. all work purchased in India are subject to C.S.T./L.S.T. (C.S.T. no./L.S.T. no. 091/222695/0999)
• All work for sale for buyers abroad are priced in US$ and are subject to Indian foreign exchange rules & regulations/Indian exports regulations.
• A work of art can be purchased only on full payment by cheque or draft /wire transfer /swift a/c in the name of Arushi Arts, New Delhi , India.
• Works sold overseas from this collection will be exported by Arushi Arts, New Delhi India
• The current rate of exchange relevant currencies, as per prevailing rates at that time, will be applicable.
• All sales will be considered full & final once the cheque /draft /wire is received and refund will be not possible
• All disputes /sales regarding the work of arts in this catalogue are to be settled under Delhi jurisdiction only
• Buyer will satisfy themselves independently of the authenticity and the condition of the works.
