All legal matters pertaining to this is subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

Delivery & Packing

Delivery of the artworks will be done within 10 Days after the payment of the artwork is cleared. Delivery charges will be extra and will be advised before sending the sold artwork. Packing of the artwork will be done as suitably required and will depend on artwork to artwork individually. Mostly for outstation/international delivery of artwork, the artwork will be packed in plastic bubble packing and then put into a wooden plybox or a cardboard role as per the requirement of the artwork concerned. International / Outstation packing costs will be charged as per actuals. If there are any special requirements for packing and delivery they could be arranged to the best of our abilities depending on availability of delivery mode and packing material required. For all artworks to be delivered via courier/air-shipment, insurance charges will be charged as applicable.

Delivery of the artwork may be done by Road Transport (in India only) or by air thru courier. We do not advise Sea transport due to humidity. All delivery costs will be extra and will be advised to the customer before sending the artwork. We will require address details of the customer, to send the goods.

Payments

In India

Payments for artworks purchased through our website can be done through Cheque or Demand Draft / Telegraphic Transfer. The artwork will only be sent to the required destination only after the payment has been cleared at our end. All payments will have to be made in the name of " Arushi Arts " , payable at New Delhi, India.

Outside India

All works bought overseas by cheques/payments made by wire/swift and money transfer/demand drafts should make payments in the name of " Arushi Arts " , New Delhi, India a/c no. 052-235280-001.
